At Epion Health, the safety and health of your staff and patients is very important to us. This email will give you an understanding of how to properly disinfect your Epion devices during cold and flu season. In addition, with the current spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) it is important to strictly enforce these rules with your staff. Please follow the steps below:
According to Apple®, window cleaners, aerosol sprays, solvents, ammonia, or abrasives should not be used. Use a 70% isopropyl alcohol wipe or Clorox Disinfecting Wipes. You may gently wipe the hard, nonporous surfaces of your Apple® product, such as the display, keyboard, or other exterior surfaces. Avoid getting moisture in any opening, and don't submerge your Apple® product in any cleaning agents.
